That means the tree outside the back yard worth something more than juice!!!

Can you imagine, so many things we take for granted have so much potential for long healthy and enjoyable living. Every month we hear of another plant or fruit that offers health benefits, which we have given up to carbonated, sugar filled, processed, additive laced substances marketed as "refreshing drinks".

It's time to start a revival of all the healthy drinks and foods our parents brought us up on, that we left behind in the name of being progressive!!!
