I want to return an item
Please check the contents of your carnival pack on collection.
If any item(s), you receive is not of merchantable quality, you can return them immediately or within 14 days of receipt for a replacement. The item(s) must be in original condition complete with all packaging and with any labelling still attached. Please note we cannot accept the return of any item that has evidence of being worn or used. Where costumes are made to your measurements, you cannot return the item for a refund.
What do I do if an item is faulty, wrong or damaged?
If we have supplied an item which is faulty, damaged or incorrect please call us on 020 3051 1964, or 07535 476 099 or email us at email@example.com. Please be ready to give us your order number, name, phone number and details of the problem with the item. We will then advise you how to proceed.
What is the cooling-off period?
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow customers within the European Union to cancel an order. The period in which a customer can do this ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the order. This is known as the cooling-off period. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
If a refund is required it will be done within 14 days. Please note that any returned item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
