The Caribbean Experience

The Caribbean Experience is a bi-monthly evening of lavish Caribbean cuisine and entertainment, hosted by Roy McEwen of IsisMas, in conjunction with Reds Cuisine and their master chef Carl Banjamin. Carl is a renowned chef and now treats all to his culinary skills at Reds Cuisine in Uxbridge.

The Caribbean Experience evening will commence with a rum punch cocktail reception (non-alcoholic cocktail also available), followed by a 3 course buffet featuring authentic, mouth watering Caribbean dishes. Throughout the evening there will be themed entertainment, then dancing til 1am. This event is open to the general public and is currently being publicised in social media and in email newsletters.
